I'm having trouble with the video/audio

The first thing we recommend is to do some "computer clean-up" by deleting your temporary internet files and cleaning the cache on your computer. This will normally correct the problem, however it is doesn't, please try using a different browser such as; Internet Explorer, Firefox or Chrome. 

If this doesn't resolve the issue, please email our Customer Support Team at support@iwillteachyoutoberich.com so they can help trouble-shoot this for you.  Make sure to provide the link you're having issues with along with the browser and device you're using (also screenshots are extremely helpful).
