If you only need to update your billing address, email email@example.com with your billing address. After we successfully update, we'll send you an email confirmation (and we'll securely delete the request ticket after so your address remains confidential).
Credit Card Info
On the other hand, if you need to update your credit card info (e.g. you get a new credit card), you'll need to either use our secure Billing Portal or connect with a Customer Service representative:
- Log into the Student Portal and click on "My Billing Info" - You can update your billing information there.
- Contact via Secure Live Chat. On the lower right side of the screen, you'll see a yellow Support tab. Click on that and you'll see live chat. Our business hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST.
