If you have an address change, you can email support@iwt.com with your new address. Please include the full street address, state, country and zip code. Do not send your credit card information via email, as it's not secure.
Credit Card Info
On the other hand, if you need to update your credit card info (e.g. you get a new credit card), here are a few secure options:

- We can send you a secure link that will allow you to update your credit card information. If you'd like a secure link, simply send a request to support@iwt.com and we'll get that sent to you.
- If you'd prefer to update your information over the phone with a member of our team, send an email to support@iwt.com with your request. Please include your phone number and the best time of day to reach you. We'll be in touch within 1 business day.
