If you only need to update your billing address, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your billing address. After we successfully update, we'll send you an email confirmation (and we'll securely delete the request ticket after so your address remains confidential).
Credit Card Info
On the other hand, if you need to update your credit card info (e.g. you get a new credit card), you'll need to either use our secure Billing Portal or connect with a Customer Service representative through one of the following channels:
- Log into the Student Portal and click on "My Billing Info" - You can find instructions about how to use the billing portal by visiting our FAQ's: https://iwt.fortapay.com/contact
- Contact via Secure Live Chat. On the lower right side of the screen, you'll see a yellow Support tab. Click on that and you'll see live chat. Our business hours are Monday-Friday 9am-7pm EST.
- Send us an email letting us know you'd like to update your credit card and we'll coordinate a good time to call you.
